This coating solution is researched and produced by our own, it uses imported premium resin, to make up with moderate adjuvants. It is a kind of low viscosity coating solution, and applies to extrusion coating continuous production line. This solution bears characteristics of fast exposure, obvious contrast, good dots reproduction, high resolution, wide developing tolerance, good abrasive resistance, good ink receptive capability and so on. Our positive PS plate coating solution has passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification and “JAS-ANZ” Australia-New Zealand united quality certification, its performance and quality are in the leading level of China.

Main technical parameters and instructions:

1. Total solid content: 13.5-14.5%

2. Viscosity: 2.2-2.3mpa.s(25°C)

3. Exposure latent image: subtractive color

4. This type of coating solution is weak base developing, suitable developing solution is: DP-IV developing 

solution of FJ, dilute by proportion of 1:6 to 1:8, or other developing solution with similar density. 

Development temperature: 23°C±2°C, development time: 30S±10S.

5. Sensitivity: 3KW Iodine-gallium lamp, 1.0m light distance, exposure time should be 30-50 seconds.

6. Run length: Middle and long volume.

7. Available dilution solvent: 1-Methoxy-2-propanol: CH3OCH2CH(OH)CH3 

                                                   Methyl Ethyl Ketone: CH3COCH2CH3  

Attention: For the influence to viscosity of coating solution, there is a very big difference between these two 

dilution solvents. If you use the latter one, the change of viscosity will be much bigger than the former one. 

Customers should regulate the viscosity according to the requirement of their PS plate production lines.  

8. Notes of storage and use:

Below 25°C, keep it in a dark, cool, dry and ventilated place, shelf life is one year. 

Please handle with care, and no inverting. 

Must be used under yellow light.
