Baking solution state: Liquid

Function: It can protect the sensitive layer of image when baking, and improve the run length of PS plate. 

How to use: After the process of exposing, developing, and dirty removing to the PS plate, to coat it with the baking solution according to the amount of 30ml/M2, and to scrape it evenly with the lightweight gum scraper, then to wipe it with a clean sponge so that the baking solution could be coated evenly on the whole plate surface. 

To bake it 5-10 minutes at the temperature of 220°C-240°C with the specialized PS plate baking machine. When it is cooling down, to coat it with protection gum.
